Introduction：

The Skid-mounted Refueling Station is an automated device integrating a barrier explosion-proof skid-mounted refueling device series, combustible gas alarms, lightning and static electricity protection grounding alarms, emergency shutdown, emergency pressure relief, and other monitoring and alarm devices, as well as automatic fire extinguishing devices. It possesses all the functions of currently widely used medium and small gas stations, and is a high-tech product that is safe, explosion-proof, and does not pollute the atmospheric environment or groundwater resources.

Purpose:

Parameters：

1. The fuel dispenser installation cabinet and unloading compartment of the skid-mounted refueling device are each equipped with an automatic temperature-sensing fire extinguisher. The activation temperature of the automatic temperature-sensing fire extinguisher is 68°C, with the function of suppressing or eliminating incipient fires.

2. The skid-mounted refueling device is equipped with a combustible gas detection and alarm system, installed at the unloading pipeline and the fuel dispenser outlet pipeline respectively. The primary alarm setpoint is less than or equal to 25% of the lower explosive limit of combustible gas. Once a fuel leak occurs, an audible and visual alarm signal is immediately issued.

3. An online leak detection device is installed between the double layers of the skid-mounted fuel dispenser. If there is leakage in the inner tank, an audible and visual alarm will be triggered in a timely manner.

4.The device is equipped with an emergency shutdown device and a high-temperature shutdown device. In the event of an emergency where the fuel dispenser tips over, the device can urgently lock and close the pipeline output. When the operating compartment catches fire, the fuel supply from the tank can be urgently cut off
