Product Details
A vacuum sintering furnace is a core thermal processing equipment in powder metallurgy, cemented carbide, and special ceramic production. It works by heating compacts under extremely high vacuum conditions, causing bonding between solid particles, and achieving densification through diffusion, flow, and mass transfer processes. This system is dedicated to providing an "oxygen-free, dense, high-performance" forming environment for high-performance metal and non-metal materials, serving as key equipment for manufacturing the "skeleton" of modern industry.
The vacuum sintering furnace adopts a fully sealed horizontal or vertical structure, with its design centered on controlling the phase transformation of materials at high temperatures:
· Ultra-Clean Hot Zone: Utilizes heating barriers made of high-purity graphite or refractory metals (tungsten, molybdenum) to ensure no carbon contamination occurs when materials exceed 1600°C.
· Multi-Stage Vacuum Pump Set: Integrates rotary vane pumps, Roots pumps, and diffusion pumps/molecular pumps to achieve deep vacuum evacuation from atmospheric pressure down to the 10⁻⁴ Pa range.
· Precision Partial Pressure System: Supports introducing trace amounts of process gases (e.g., Ar, H₂) into the furnace to suppress material volatilization at high temperatures.
· Directional Cooling Technology: Optimally designed cooling water circuits ensure sintered materials cool down at a controlled rate, preventing coarse grain structures.
· Ultra-High Density: Eliminates pore gases under negative vacuum pressure, significantly improving the mechanical properties and fatigue strength of sintered parts.
· Excellent Dewaxing/Debinding Capability: Equipped with specialized trapping devices to efficiently remove residual binder, ensuring long-term stable operation of the vacuum system.
· Composition Stability: The vacuum environment prevents oxidation and nitriding reactions, ensuring chemical composition consistency for materials with complex formulations.
· Temperature Field Uniformity: Advanced multi-zone temperature control technology ensures minimal temperature deviation across various points within large furnace chambers.
Chamber Interior Material: Depending on the sintering temperature, either high-purity graphite felt or all-metal molybdenum/tungsten foil heat shields are selected. Heating elements use custom-shaped graphite rods or refractory metal wires.
Exterior Design: Modular split layout with independent electrical control cabinet and furnace body configuration, minimizing heat radiation impact on electronic components. The surface is coated with environmentally friendly matte anti-rust paint, offering durability and wear resistance.
