Product Details

I. Product Introduction

A vacuum brazing furnace is an advanced heat treatment equipment that heats under high vacuum conditions to melt the filler metal, which then fills the gaps between workpieces through capillary action, achieving strong connections between similar or dissimilar metals. Since no flux is required, the brazed surface is bright and clean without the need for post-cleaning, and the joints exhibit high strength with minimal deformation. It is a core critical piece of equipment in modern high-end manufacturing industries such as aerospace, automotive, power electronics, and more.

II. Product Description

The equipment primarily consists of a vacuum furnace chamber, heating system, vacuum pumping system, water cooling circulation system, gas quenching system, and a highly automated electrical control system (PLC + touch screen). The furnace chamber typically adopts a double-layer water-cooled jacket horizontal (or vertical) structure (refer to the image), ensuring the outer shell temperature remains near room temperature during high-temperature operation. Inside, multiple layers of all-metal or graphite heat shields ensure high temperature uniformity, meeting the brazing requirements of precision components.

III. Features & Advantages

· High-Quality Brazing: Operates in a high vacuum environment, eliminating oxidation and contamination, resulting in full, dense weld seams with excellent mechanical properties.

· Precise Temperature Control: Utilizes PID high-precision programmable temperature control with an accuracy of up to ±1°C, ensuring process repeatability.

· Environmentally Friendly: A physical bonding process with no harmful fumes or corrosive flux residue, meeting environmental production standards.

· Low Thermal Distortion: Uniform heating and controllable cooling processes significantly reduce thermal stress deformation of workpieces, making it suitable for complex precision components.

· Versatility: Suitable not only for brazing but also for various heat treatment processes such as vacuum annealing and vacuum degassing.
