Portable Fuel Station

Introduction：

The Portable Fuel Station is a multi-purpose refueling device integrating explosion-proof materials, safety alarms, oil storage tanks, pump station management systems, pipeline safety auxiliary systems, etc., into one integrated refueling unit.

Purpose:

The Portable Fuel Station is suitable for multi-product solution refueling, automotive production lines (engine oil, lubricating oil, transmission fluid, coolant, windshield washer fluid, etc.), and batching production lines. It can automatically meter and dispense the corresponding metered solution based on the equipment's solution requirements.

Parameters：

High level of informatization. It enables monitoring and collection of various data, as well as full lifecycle management functions. The oil storage tank is provided with a manhole, level gauge mounting hole, level switch hole, interlayer pressure relief hole, and bottom valve hole, and is equipped with a manhole cover, flame arrestor breather valve, magnetostrictive level gauge, level switch, bottom valve, etc. A cleaning channel is reserved inside, along with a manhole well, explosion-proof material support frame, and material filter screen. Except for the cleaning channel and piping, all other spaces are filled with explosion-proof material.

The Portable Fuel Station is equipped with an intelligent safety monitoring device consisting of a controller, explosion-proof power (lighting) control box, level gauge, combustible gas detector, electrostatic grounding alarm, level switch, etc. It provides monitoring functions such as display of height, liters, temperature, leak monitoring, ullage, calculation functions, and oil in/out calculation. The controller receives sensor signals, displays the current oil tank status information, and uploads data to the upper computer. The oil tank level monitoring technical target: the controller collects and displays the oil tank level value in real time during operation, converts the level value into a capacity value through calculation, and the level display is combined with graphical display and linked with the distribution box to automatically stop the pump.
