Mobile Diesel Station

Introduction：

The Mobile Diesel Station applies new concepts, new processes, new equipment, and new materials to integrate related fueling station equipment (such as fuel dispensers, storage tanks, level gauges, pumps, security and information equipment, etc.) into a standardized shelter module, realizing an integrated fueling unit for gas station design and construction.

Purpose:

The Mobile Diesel Station is used as a mobile fueling station for mines, primarily for refueling internal transport vehicles, excavators, loaders, and other equipment at lithium mines, cement mines, open-pit coal mines, and other large-scale mining operations.

Parameters：

The tank body of the Mobile Diesel Station adopts butt joint technology with double-layer weld reinforcement. External welds shall be free from defects such as burn-through, undercut, slag inclusion, and weld beads. Anti-corrosion and painting: Both inner and outer tank bodies undergo shot blasting rust removal with a surface roughness of Sa2.5. The outer surface of the outer tank is coated with 50μm epoxy zinc-rich anti-rust primer, 80μm epoxy micaceous iron oxide intermediate paint, and 60μm polyurethane topcoat, with a total dry film thickness of no less than 150μm. The inner surface of the inner tank uses oil-resistant antistatic anti-corrosion coating. The inner surface of the outer tank and the outer surface of the inner tank use epoxy zinc-rich anti-rust primer as the base coat and polyurethane topcoat, with a total dry film thickness of no less than 130μm. Paints shall be from well-known domestic and international brands.

Advantages：

The electrical control system of the Mobile Diesel Station adopts a central integrated color screen management system: It intuitively displays tank oil volume, temperature, height, combustible gas alarm status, tank leak detection status, etc., with alarm record query functionality. The unloading pump is automatically interlocked with the liquid level, featuring high/low-level automatic alarm functions. Secondary high-level and minimum low-level have automatic shutdown functions. In the event of an accident (leakage, high level, spillover, etc.), it can automatically and quickly cut off power to the fuel dispenser and unloading pump. An emergency vent is provided at the top of the equipment to effectively release internal tank pressure in the event of severe impact. The equipment operating compartment adopts a partitioned management design to effectively prevent the spread of accidents in various sections.
