Containerized Fuel Station

Introduction：

The Portable Petrol Station is equipped with explosion-proof power (lighting) and field instruments (level gauge, combustible gas detector, static electricity alarm, audible and visual alarm, fuel dispenser, high-level alarm detector, pump, etc.).

Purpose:

The Portable Petrol Station is used in areas where land resources are scarce and conventional gas station construction cannot be completed. The mobile skid-mounted station is built for nearby refueling (e.g., mountainous areas, soft ground near rivers, swamps, deserts, highways, etc.).

Parameters：

The Portable Petrol Station features automatic interlocking functions for oil unloading, fueling, and oil storage. Explosion-proof materials compliant with AQ3001 standard are installed inside the tank. High temperature, leakage, liquid level self-check, combustible gas detection, etc., sense the oil vapor volatilized into the air through sensors, then trigger an alarm. The signal is transmitted to the control system, which performs relevant power-off protection functions.

Its flame retardant and explosion-proof performance should be verified by relevant national authorities. No additional auxiliary equipment is required, resulting in low operating costs. The static electricity grounding controller monitors the static grounding status throughout the process. In the event of poor grounding, it not only provides audible and visual alarms but also outputs a switching signal to automatically stop the equipment, ensuring reliable static grounding connection.
